Beverage Company Performance Dashboard (Tableau + Python)

Context:
A soft drinks distributor needed a high-level performance dashboard to track volumes, revenue trends, and the impact of promotional activity across multiple brands.Challenge:
Their raw data was fragmented across spreadsheets and CSV exports, and promo performance couldn't be tied back to overall sales reliably.What I delivered:
- Built a Python modelling pipeline to clean, structure, and unify their sales and promotional data.
- Created a consolidated analytics dataset designed specifically for Tableau.
- Developed an executive-facing dashboard showing volume trends, revenue, promo effectiveness, and regional breakdowns.
- Added an interactive drill-down table that allowed users to explore SKU-level and date-level metrics.Outcome:
The leadership team gained a clear view of which promotions were driving growth and where volume was lagging, enabling more targeted campaign planning for the next quarter.

A mid-market SaaS provider noticed rising churn but couldn't identify why. Their data was scattered across product logs, CRM exports, and billing systems.Challenge:
Nothing was modelled for analysis. Executive reporting relied on manual spreadsheets with inconsistent definitions of “active,” “churned,” or “at-risk.”What I delivered:
- Consolidated source data into Databricks and engineered a clean, reliable analytics table.
- Standardised customer state logic, usage metrics, billing history, and lifecycle definitions.
- Published a production-grade dataset to Tableau Server.
- Built a full executive dashboard highlighting churn patterns, usage drops, cohort trends, and early-warning signals.Outcome:
The C-suite finally had visibility into customer drop-off drivers, enabling data-backed retention strategies and improved forecast accuracy.
